Space Runner

You play as an astronaut who is running away from a black hole. Occasionally  cracks in the space-time continuum will appear and let you teleport further away from the black hole!

Controls:

A & D keys - Move left and right

Evade the obstacles on your path

Collect medkits to heal yourself

Enter the portals to get further away from the black hole
